"My first time ordering with this company ordered something APR 19 order got confirmed it’s now May 14 I received an email saying due to personal reason shipment are delayed not cancelled. I wrote back asking when should I expect shipment I received no response. My issue is for a business with a no refund policy this is very unprofessional. I was very excited and was super excited to be a loyal customer because as a Haitian person I believe in supporting Haitian businesses but I guess I was scam."
